At our Ruka seminar, we will hear the final expert talk from Kiwa Inspecta's accredited contract auditor Marjo Jaspa. She will briefly explain the amount of work that ISO certification requires from a company.
ISO standards consist of both product and system standards. Management systems are generally assessed in Finland against the reference frameworks of the ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards. In an increasingly demanding IT environment, a company can demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the NIS2 Directive, for example, by using the ISO 27001 standard.
What does certification mean in practice? What should be taken into consideration? Does it always require the help of a consultant, or do you have to take the course yourself? Marjo Jaspa, who has been an ISO auditor since 2018, will talk about this at the Ruka seminar.
The implementation of ISO standards must start from the company’s own perspective, then it will fully utilize and consolidate the company’s operations. The customer benefit comes automatically after that.
